Old-fashioned jazz tunes snuggle up to electronic beats. Bossa nova teams up with Motown grooves: Luis is a true soul sensation. Here too, in the band headed by Cologne singer Angela Luis, Sebastian Gahler provides a taste of his musical abilities – this time not at the piano, but on keyboards. He feels equally at home on the Wurlitzer, Rhodes or synthesizer. This exciting grouping is rounded out by Moritz Stahl (guitar and backing vocals), Rachel Scharnberg (backing vocals), Nico Brandenburg (bass) and Marcus Möller (drums). Luis’s debut album Do it! was released in early 2009.
